Tool for stator housing machining

Kyocera's stator housing has been developed in an innovative lightweight design and weighs a maximum of 12 kilograms. This significantly reduces the energy requirements of the machine. It is compatible with HSK A63 tool holders and can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines without costly retrofitting. The tool, optimized for machining thin-walled components, guarantees high accuracy, perfect roundness, and excellent surface quality, making it ideal for machining EV stator housings. The tool's AM cutting arms are equipped with continuous cooling channels that ensure excellent chip removal and increased edge life, thus ensuring more efficient performance and reducing downtime. Additionally, two large diameters are machined in one operation, ensuring perfect concentricity and alignment.

Tool dispensing system DC1700

The DC1700 tool dispensing system modernizes traditional drawer-based tool dispensing systems with adjustable compartments and flexible software that allows configuration with up to 1,792 compartments. Featuring up to 14 drawers and a maximum load capacity of 100 kilograms each, the machine is equipped with a robust 21-inch touchscreen, an integrated RFID reader, as well as a barcode and QR code scanner. The web-based management software enables remote control, integration with ERP systems, and the automatic generation of reports and orders to respective suppliers. Additionally, it offers comprehensive inventory management, monitoring, and user access control.

Electric torque wrench

The electric torque wrench from Kyocera combines electric power with manual torque control, thereby simplifying the process of changing cutting inserts, even while in the machine. It reduces the time for insert changes by 48 percent compared to manual tools, significantly speeding up the process. The device features a torque range of 1 to 5 Newton meters, a handy grip, a one-touch bit holder, LED lighting, and a USB-C charging station that supports approximately 400 activations per charge. It also includes a detachable carrying strap for safe handling.
