From 20 to 23 October 2026, EuroBLECH in Hanover (Germany) showed how innovative the sheet metal industry is. Exhibitors presented their solutions along the entire sheet metal processing chain: from cutting and forming to joining, as well as automation, software and surface technology. There were also many new products to discover. The EuroBLECH Awards also demonstrated what successful development work can look like. In six categories, products, solutions and digitalization concepts were honored with the innovation award.
Unmanned Production Without Robots
Schröder enables fully automated production of sheet-metal enclosures with the portal solution for the MAK 4 Evolution UD swivel bending machine.
(Image: Schröder Group)
The Schröder Group presented a fully automated loading and unloading concept. With a gantry for the MAK 4 Evolution UD swivel bending machine, the Schröder Group is introducing a flexible automation solution for all machines with the Advanced Handling System (AHS). Two suction frames to the right and left of the machine load the machine with sheet metal and remove and stack the finished bent sheet-metal parts. The actual bending process on the MAK 4 Evolution UD is already fully automated thanks to the AHS with a rotatable suction-plate backgauge and a bidirectional bending beam. The gantry solution can be individually configured for efficient bending of small, medium and large batch sizes.
Make Swivel Bending Accessible
At Prima Power, the new BCe Core swivel bending machine could be seen together with a robot.
(Image: Tanja Ponzer)
At the center of Prima Power’s trade fair presentation was the new BCe Core. The servo-electric swivel bending machine comes as standard with an automatic tool change system and can be integrated into Prima Power’s software ecosystem. The fully electric design eliminates the need for hydraulic systems, reduces energy consumption and simplifies machine operation, while automatic lubrication minimizes maintenance requirements and is intended to ensure long-term reliability. At the trade fair, the BCe Core with a robotic bending cell could be seen as part of an integrated manufacturing system together with the “Platino Linear” laser cutting machine, a new handling and sorting robot (HSR) and autonomous material transport using AMRs.
The Optimal Combination for Clean Support Strips
After treatment with Slat Care Liquid, the support slats can be freed from slag more easily. To do this, the slat cleaner is placed on top and moved to the other side with light pressure.

To get a handle on the dross on the support slats of pallet tables on laser systems, Trumpf’s power tools division introduced Slat Care Liquid. The special liquid is applied to new or cleaned slats with a pneumatic spray gun before laser processing, creating a protective film. This is intended to reduce dross formation and decrease dross adhesion to the slats. At the same time, the dross can be removed more easily using the support-slat cleaners of the Trutool TSC series. Slat Care Liquid is suitable for support slats made of mild steel and copper and can be used for the common cutting materials.
Deburr Both Sides
The Edge Breaker 3000 Fiber removes heavy burrs and rounds edges in a single operation—and does so from both sides.
(Image: Tanja Ponzer)
At Arku’s trade fair stand, the Edge Breaker 3000 Fiber deburring machine was among the exhibits. It was developed specifically for deburring components cut with a fiber laser. The highlight: the machine removes even hard burrs on both sides of the sheet metal without the need to turn the parts over. After deburring, edge-rounding tools ensure uniform edges. With a feed speed of 0.4 to 4 m/min (approx. 1.3 to 13 ft/min), the Edge Breaker 3000 Fiber processes parts with a thickness of 0.8 to 100 millimeters (approx. 0.03 to 4 inches).
Welding and Clamping Table for Extreme Demands
The Vision 45° features integrated clamping options directly on the table legs, on the underside, and on the all-round 45° chamfers, providing expanded options for positioning and securing complex components.
(Image: Bernd Siegmund GmbH)
Siegmund presented its new 4D welding and clamping table—the Vision 45°—at the trade fair. The table’s ribbing has been optimized and, together with an additional, fully functional base plate, ensures an especially rigid design. In combination with four robust C-angle feet, the table can be loaded with up to 40 tons. The load capacity can be increased by ten tons with each additional Flex leg. To allow previously unused areas to be incorporated into the clamping setup, Siegmund integrates clamping options on the table feet, on the underside, and on the circumferential 45° chamfers. This creates additional options for positioning and securing complex components.
Euromac and RAS Combine Punching, Cutting, and Bending
Punching, cutting and swivel bending in one line: RAS and Euromac showcased the result of their new partnership at EuroBLECH 2026.
(Image: RAS Reinhardt Maschinenbau GmbH)
RAS and Euromac showcased the result of their partnership side by side at Euroblech 2026. With the Shear Multibend Center, the two companies presented a fully automated line for punching, cutting and swivel bending. It starts with Euromac’s Load&Unload system, which automatically retrieves the sheet metal from the stack. The Shear XT punches and cuts the blanks, which then continue directly into the bending cell without interim storage. There, the RAS Multibend Center takes over and bends them fully automatically into the finished part.

AI Helps with Grinding, Deburring and Weld Seam Preparation
Apply bevels fully automatically: In addition to post-processing cut parts, Teqram’s Easy Grinder can also automatically perform weld seam preparation.
(Image: Tanja Ponzer)
Teqram presented its Easy Grinder with new functions. In addition to automatic finishing of cut sheet-metal parts, it can now also apply and finish welding bevels—in a single setup. At its core is artificial intelligence combined with 3D vision technology. Before each machining operation, this captures the actual geometry and position of the component. The fully automated solution is said to be characterized in particular by minimal programming effort and short setup times.
Next Issue: Euroblech 2028
The highlights presented here are only a selection of the new products that could be seen at Euroblech 2026. By the next edition, the industry will once again produce numerous solutions. These can then be seen from 24 to 27 October 2028, when the next Euroblech opens its doors and brings the international sheet metalworking industry to Hanover.
