Battery Technology Charge Vans Almost as Quickly as Refueling
CATL launches a new 8C battery for light commercial vehicles. The battery is fully charged in less than nine minutes—almost as fast as refueling.
CATL has launched the product under its commercial vehicle brand Tianxing, English "Tectrans." The fast-charging version of the "Tianxing II" for light commercial vehicles is marketed by the battery manufacturer, particularly for its fast charging rate, reports Gasgoo. CATL itself speaks of a new era of "parity between electric and fuel" in the logistics industry.
