This is What the Small Injection Molding Machine Can Do:

The APSX-PIM V3 itself measures 109 × 25 × 38 centimeters (approx. 43 by 10 by 15 inches) and does not require a water cooling system. It can be operated via a standard power outlet, as further reported. The small injection molding machine operates automatically and features multimode operation, precision sensors, electronic temperature control, injection speed control, cycle delay control, a touchscreen, and visualization through a graph displaying injection performance, showing pressure and volume over time. The machine is designed for aluminum molds that can be produced with standard CNC milling. It supports quick reworking for dimensional optimization and can also work with 3D-printed test inserts for validation in early phases.

Enjoy Injection Molding Optimizations in Record Time

With a properly designed aluminum mold, one can start immediately on the same day and evaluate the result, allowing updates to the CAD model or reworking the cavity as needed, according to the manufacturer. Within a few hours, injection molding can resume. The installation of the mold is noted to be relatively straightforward, enabling users to produce a first part shortly after setup. Once the respective injection molding process is optimized, the machine can produce hundreds of parts per day. The parts also require very little post-processing, allowing them to be packed and shipped within minutes of being ejected from the mold.
