4. process thick metal plates reliably

Number four is designed for dished ends and flanging machines - and due to the process - also for heavy-duty products. The product package presented consisted of a helical bevel gearbox from the HDO series, which guarantees high torque, robustness, reliability and a long service life. This is complemented by a 3-phase IE3 asynchronous motor from the BX series. This combination then drives the axis of the machine for processing thick metal plates.

5. quiet hours for warehouse and intralogistics

The intralogistics and warehousing systems sector was pleased to receive an F-series parallel shaft helical geared motor with BX motor and the ACU (Active Cube) closed-loop frequency inverter, which operates efficiently, reliably and quietly, as the Euroblech exhibitor describes.

6. drive technology for laser cutting

The final, purely mechatronic system is a precision planetary gearbox from the MP series. It is combined with a brushless BMD servomotor and the new Axiavert premium frequency inverter, as it is called. The entire system has a modular design and offers a wide range of torques and dimensions. It also offers high dynamics and safety functions. Potentially unsafe situations can be detected without the need for additional sensors or cabling. The version presented at the trade fair stand is ideal for laser cutting systems, for example - both for metal pipes and sheet metal plates.
