A palm-sized knob instead of a steering wheel, fast "smart brakes" instead of hydraulics: Aumovio and Astemo are proving in Sweden how radically by-wire technology is changing the design of vehicles.
It's all about milliseconds, algorithms and the complete decoupling of driver and chassis.
