The automotive groups Stellantis and JLR are exploring opportunities for closer cooperation. The companies have announced that they have signed a letter of intent to this effect. The focus of the planned cooperation is on joint product development for the US market.

According to the companies, the aim of the agreement is to tap into synergies in product and technology development. The complementary strengths of both organizations are to be used to create added value for both sides. The partners initially left open the specific vehicle segments or technology fields in which they intend to cooperate.

Right of revocation
