The gearbox manufacturer Nabtesco is adding particularly compact variants to its product range of shaft gearboxes. They transmit up to 120 percent of the torque of conventional gearboxes. They also have around one and a half times the service life. The currently presented shaft gearboxes in short design are 65 percent shorter than standard versions.
