Joining sandwich structures and sheets using laser
So funktioniert die laserbasierte Sandwichplattierung: Die Anlage befördert eine flexible Bahn aus hohlen metallischen Innenstrukturen zwischen zwei Walzen und rollen die untere sowie die obere Blechdeckschicht ab. In den hauchdünnen Spalt zwischen Innenstrukturbahn und Deckblech zielen zwei Laser und schmelzen die Oberflächen der Metallschichten auf.
