Successfully managing an automotive brand conglomerate has never been easy. These economically volatile times don’t make it any easier. The multi-brand groups Volkswagen and Stellantis know this all too well. Now Geely is also facing this challenge. After all, brands such as Volvo, Polestar, Zeekr, and Lynk & Co are part of the Chinese automaker’s portfolio. Until now, its strategy for conquering Europe has resembled an archaic battle plan: first, send the vanguard into the fray, then have the main force follow.
