Just one week after BYD's 15-in-1 drive, Geely follows suit: The new "Thunder" drive combines 16 functions in one system. Critics warn of rising repair costs.
The race for the most highly integrated E-drive continues. The latest record has been held by Geely since last week. The company, together with its supplier Infimotion, has introduced a "16-in-1" drive that combines twelve hardware modules and four software functions into a single system.
