Einride is integrating 500 Tesla Semi trucks into its fleet management platform "Saga AI," tripling its electric truck fleet. This involves freight routes in North America, specifically in California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, and Georgia. Amazon and other unnamed companies are involved. The project is set to start in September. Within two years, all trucks are expected to be on the road, fully financed by third parties.

The "Saga AI" software connects fleets of individual electric trucks into a network. Each truck and every kilometer driven provides operational data for the platform.
