With a share of 53%, East Asia remained the most important sales region, followed by Europe with 27% and North and South America with 13%. South East Asia contributed seven percent to total sales. Germany as the home market achieved a share of 12%. South Korea and China were among the fastest growing markets. The semiconductor, automotive and consumer electronics industries continued to be key sectors. Investment in research and development amounted to 15 percent of sales, which is around four times the industry average.
"Despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainties, we can look back on a successful financial year," says Dr. Wolf Herold, Managing Partner of Delo. "Our international presence, particularly in East Asia, and diversification across various technology areas are proving to be stabilizing factors in a challenging market environment."

Expansion at the Windach Site And Internationally

At the headquarters in Windach (Germany), the new logistics building and an additional laboratory building will be put into operation by the end of 2026. The construction of a representative forum will be completed in 2027. Construction of an additional production facility in Malaysia is also scheduled to begin at the end of this year. Delo continued to invest in renewable energies and commissioned another photovoltaic system with 1,330 modules on the new logistics building. With a peak output of 600 kWp, it contributes to a sustainable energy supply. A total of 5,300 modules now produce solar power for Delo—enough to supply around 550 households. More than 90 percent of the electricity is used for own consumption. The buildings currently under construction will also receive additional PV modules. The number of employees rose to 1,215 at the end of the financial year, an increase of almost five percent on the previous year. All employees receive a bonus of 2,300 US dollars.
