Asch & Sebert has developed a coolant ring in which the coolant nozzles automatically adjust to the tool length. For the production of this patented system, they rely on Horn precision tools.
The development of the coolant rings was launched in the difficult financial year 2009. Due to the poor order situation worldwide, Asch & Sebert came up with the idea of launching its own product on the market. As in many production facilities, the problem with the coolant supply from tools of different lengths also arose in the company's own production.
