The Siemens Industrial Copilot is a generative AI-assisted assistant that can seamlessly connect with the Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) Portal, according to Siemens. This allows automation engineers to find answers to their questions more quickly, generate basic visualizations, and develop codes for programmable logic controllers (PLC) faster.

Microsoft language models optimize the Siemens AI product

This significantly reduces their workload. Routine tasks can also be outsourced to the Siemens Industrial Copilot, and the engineering of complex tasks is less prone to errors, as it continues.
