With the unveiling, Rapid Fusion builds on the successful year 2024, in which revenues increased by nearly 2.14 million USD.

The company has thus completed an investment worth almost 951,300 USD. The investment was made in two new additive manufacturing platforms as well as a facility in Exeter to showcase the solutions. Following their Apollo Cell launched last year, Rapid Fusion is on the verge of releasing their Zeus system this year. By integrating milling technology, the system offers the user a hybrid overall solution combining 3D printing and milling. This enables the printing of more than one object on the same toolpath without support structures. Visitors can experience both developments in action on the nearly 5,382 square feet Skypark grounds.

The founder of Rapid Fusion is pleased with the market's development towards larger printing technologies and more complex geometry: not only in the automotive industry but also in aviation and shipping. Due to growing interest, the company wanted to open the demonstration center for visitors.
