The French automotive supplier OPmobility aims to double its revenue in the U.S. by the end of the decade. The company reaffirmed these ambitions at the grand opening of its new North America headquarters in Troy, Michigan. The new headquarters in Troy integrates the group's four complementary business units and, according to the company, offers customers a comprehensive range of components: from exterior and lighting systems to complex modules, energy storage systems, as well as battery and hydrogen electrification solutions.

To accelerate development in the USA, the supplier plans to build at least two additional plants within the next five years.

Group CEO Laurent Favre announced: "With Marissa West as Executive Vice-President and Chairwoman North America on the team, we plan to accelerate our development in the USA with the goal of doubling revenues in the region by 2030." West has been with OPmobility since early 2025 and previously spent 21 years at GM, most recently as SVP and President, North America.
