Remote control for harsh environments
Danfoss has developed the hydraulic remote controls for use in excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, forklifts, truck cranes, aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and drilling machinery.

Danfoss Power Solutions has introduced its high-performance hydraulic remote control portfolio. The DHRC series is designed for extreme and harsh environments due to customizable, robust constructions. The range of hydraulic remote controls includes the DHRCJ joystick, the DHRCP foot pedal, and the DHRCD sectional valve. The controls are suitable for excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, forklifts, truck cranes, aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and drilling machinery. With low leakage and hysteresis as well as good linearity, the product range offers precise and repeatable control operation. The housing and spool of the joystick valve ensure smooth and sensitive operation while minimizing internal leaks. The joystick options include seven switch boxes, four grips, four boots, and four housings. The pedal is available in seven versions.
Filter change in record time
The filter is inserted from above.

GSR Ventiltechnik is launching a filter solution designed to make the operation of industrial plants safer and more efficient. During the initial commissioning of a plant, fine contaminants can enter the system, which can impair efficiency and increase wear over the long term. The stainless steel filter is intended to remedy this and allow for quick and uncomplicated maintenance—in less than a minute and without opening the piping. The filter is inserted from above. Additional components and further connections are eliminated. This means no resealing or lengthy drying times; the filter is ready for use immediately after maintenance. A filter area with a mesh size of 100 µm ensures high filtration performance and protects the valve and the entire process from contamination. The filter system is available as a service kit (retrofit) or already integrated.
Durable lifting system for AGVs and AMRs
No lateral forces: The Logar system from Hawe Hydraulik directs 100 percent of the forces vertically from the start of lifting.

With the Logar system, Hawe Hydraulik is launching a maintenance-free, electrohydraulic lifting solution for driverless transport systems, distinguished by its durability, energy efficiency, and compact design. The patented innovation ensures precise synchronization and self-synchronization through the series connection of the four differential cylinders. Programming for synchronization is eliminated. The system is delivered ready for connection, so users do not need hydraulic knowledge for installation and commissioning. Compared to electromechanical applications, the system transfers 100 percent of the lifting forces vertically from the start. This completely avoids transverse forces and reduces wear. "Our customers benefit above all from 1,000,000 maintenance-free cycles. Logar has a three times longer lifespan compared to electromechanical solutions," says Ahmed Wasel, Key Market Manager at Hawe Hydraulik. The closed design makes the system leak-free.
Fastest valve in its class
According to the manufacturer, the TFP proportional screw-in throttle valves are the fastest in their class.
(Image: Parker Hannifin)
Parker Hannifin introduces the enhanced version of the TFP series proportional cartridge throttle valves, along with a DFplus pilot valve of the fourth generation. This pilot valve reduces transient responses by up to 30 percent, making the TFP, according to the manufacturer, the fastest valve in its class. Together with the design of the sleeve and piston, which reportedly enables previously unmatched flow rates and pressure loss values, the series ensures shorter cycle times and more stable processes.
The new dual-core processor of the pilot valves ensures operation at maximum performance while communicating with the PLC. What is unique is the retention of the analog setpoint combined with the use of the valve's IO-Link standard connection for communication. This advancement allows the acceleration phase of the shot cylinder in die casting machines to be shortened, ensuring the production of structured and large-scale die cast parts with high and reproducible quality.
The valve has an integrated NFC chip (Near Field Communication). This allows users to access all status information in the field or during service situations via a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, even when the valve is not actively powered. The free app "Parker Device Connect" enables communication between the valve and the mobile device.
Sustainability combined with high performance
The electric corner valve for high-vacuum applications closes in the event of a power failure.

Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions presents the Series E, an electric angle valve for high vacuum applications. According to the manufacturer, this valve series sets a new industry standard for superior control, energy efficiency, and reliability, leading to significant cost savings. These valves feature an electric drive system designed for precision and robustness. The built-in "failsafe mechanism" ensures the valve closes in the event of a power failure. During maintenance work, the local mode allows on-site operation. All of this reduces mechanical stress and ensures consistent, safe performance. The angle valve, optimized for low energy consumption, can not only reduce operating costs but also support a variety of industrial processes sustainably. Additionally, it requires less energy.
