AI agents represent the next major developmental stage in the field of AI, following the growth of established AI models like Chat GPT or Llama. While generative AI models focus on data analysis and predictions, AI agents operate autonomously in their environment. They perform tasks independently by perceiving their environment, making decisions, and taking actions. With the acquisition of Fully AI, Circus aims to position itself as a pioneer in this field.

Fully AI is a pioneer in the development of AI agents that intuitively guide users through complex service processes and aim to enable a new dimension of human-AI interactions in the physical world. With the planned acquisition of Fully AI, Circus intends to seamlessly integrate its technology into applications like the autonomous food robot CA-1. The goal is to create an unprecedented level of interaction between humans and autonomous robots, thereby further solidifying the company's position as a pioneer in AI-driven solutions in labor-intensive industries such as the food service industry.

"Through the integration of Fully AI, we can decisively advance our technology and revolutionize human-AI interaction. We are proud to welcome Fully AI's talents to Circus upon completion of the transaction and to continue our collaboration with Meta as a global AI leader," says Nikolas Bullwinkel, CEO of Circus SE. Minh Dao, founder and CEO of Fully AI, adds: "The interaction between humans and AI goes far beyond informal exchange—it's about extending our human capabilities." The synergy between Circus CA-1 and Fully AI technology aims to have AI serve people—in the truest sense of the word.

This planned acquisition underscores Circus's strategic focus on artificial intelligence and follows the recently announced global mass production of the Physical AI Robot CA-1 this year. With 8,600 pre-ordered units of the CA-1 from international customers, representing a potential annual revenue volume of 1.1 billion euros, Circus aims to strengthen its position as a leading provider in the field of AI solutions. The acquisition of Fully AI could also potentially drive the expansion of recurring software and AI revenues.
