Valeo and Qualcomm are strengthening their partnership. The two suppliers are combining Qualcomm's scalable Snapdragon Ride Pilot components with Valeo's hardware and software expertise. The package includes algorithms for automated parking, sensors, ECU systems, as well as their integration and validation.

After successful market launches with various automakers, the partners now offer pre-integrated assistance systems. The offering from both companies is intended to enhance implementation at the vehicle level and accelerate market introduction for OEMs worldwide.

The overall system includes production-ready sensors, a computing unit, and applications for hands-free driving, automated parking, as well as driver and passenger monitoring. NCAP 5-star safety features are also integrated.

Scalable from Entry-Level to Premium Segments

The system supports hardware configurations ranging from entry-level variants to centralized high-performance computers for software-defined vehicles. ADAS and infotainment functions can be integrated into a single unit powered by a system-on-chip (Snapdragon Ride Flex).

The Snapdragon SoCs and the pre-integrated ADAS software are now available worldwide.
