Before the new driver assistance system was approved, Tesla tested the software called "Full Self Driving" (FSD) internally throughout Europe. At least that's what the US electric car manufacturer says. It is now seeking permission from the authorities to introduce the system in other European countries. Tesla boss Elon Musk has also been promising for years that "Full Self Driving" will, in time, really steer the Tesla models equipped with it independently. Some time ago, Tesla introduced the suffix "Monitored" for the current version, in which the human driver remains responsible at the wheel and must be ready to take control at any time. Incidentally, Tesla drivers in the USA have been able to use the FSD software for years. However, there were many reports of errors, especially in the early days. However, Musk now points to far-reaching improvements.
