The second dosing system provides full-surface coating of coils from both the top and bottom and is designed for coils up to a width of 2,100 mm. A pass-through opening for coils up to 2,400 mm wide ensures maximum flexibility. The control is divided into five groups and the spray pressures are managed by separate proportional pressure regulators integrated into the customer's machine control system. A pneumatically actuated material pressure regulator allows for quick adjustments in the application amount depending on the coil feed speed. At the customer's request, all control components are equipped with Festo components. Maintenance flaps on the front and a 20-liter stainless steel pressure tank with a two-point float switch and optical level indicator complement the system.
