The two Cobot Welding Systems named Smart-Cell and CWC-S from Fronius Perfect Welding weld safely and flexibly. But they can do even more: In combination with intelligent welding equipment, users achieve high-quality, reproducible welding results at all times. Optional software packages expand the functionality of cobots for special welding tasks - in addition to the standard package, the Fronius Welding Packages Pulse, LSC, PMC, and CMT are available. Moreover, all Weld-Cube variants are web-based software solutions. Users can access Weld-Cube both via computers and mobile devices to retrieve details about each individual weld seam. The system documents the progress of the welding work and evaluates each individual weld seam using a traffic light system.
