Energy-efficient design

Competitive advantages of the TK-HTRL series include, among other things, automatic online calibration and the horizontal oscillating haul-off, which features an additional cooling system. An IIoT gateway also provides secure access to remote services.

The blown film machines are based on an energy-efficient design. For example, the installed gearboxes alone are intended to help the user save up to 20% of the energy required for the extruder, depending on usage. The selection of the installed components already contributes to a more sustainable production in the future.

In addition to blown film machines, Diing Kuen produces a wide range of machines for monofilament and flat yarn manufacturing. The filaments and yarns produced with these machines are used, for example, in aquaculture or fisheries. Diing Kuen's monofilament machines also produce fibers with high tensile strength. Machines from Diing Kuen can, among other things, manufacture specialty ropes that withstand 10 tons.
