At the EMO, Mapal is presenting several new solutions to increase productivity in series production. An innovative solution for high-stock finish machining is the combination tool with an ISO pre-cutting stage and the HPR400 system. It enables boreholes with up to 6 mm stock allowance to be completed in a single operation, thereby achieving the shortest cycle times.

Efficiently Process Flat Drilling

The HPR400-plus series has been specifically further developed for the processing of flat drilling. The new tool concept significantly improves cost-efficiency in the machining of bores with special bottom contours.
