Infio has announced a collaboration with AWS to integrate generative AI agents into Infios Order Management (Infios OM). The partnership with the AWS Innovation Center for Generative AI is designed to strengthen Infios' leadership in shaping next-generation supply chains.

The Infios OM addresses customers' ever-increasing demands for speed and convenience, the increase in digital sales channels and shifts in demand, according to the company. The OM is designed to coordinate the entire supply chain to ensure that every customer promise is kept. Infios and AWS have rebuilt these core functionalities with embedded AI agents to simplify ownership and increase the accuracy of order management. Based on AWS' generative AI, including Amazon Bedrock and Strands Agents, enterprise capabilities become accessible to all.

"We are developing intelligent agents that proactively detect and resolve fulfillment anomalies, balance orders across networks and predict delivery times—even before problems arise," says Eugene Amigud, Chief Innovation Officer at Infios.

The collaboration is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and will focus on the design of AI-driven workflows in Infios OM.

These should:

  • simplify the introduction and configuration of workflows,
  • Generate visualizations that experts can review and refine,
  • Proactively detect anomalies and enable optimal results.

"Together, we are laying the foundation for workflows that can learn, adapt and execute with the speed and intelligence that modern supply chains demand. By leveraging the cloud and AI capabilities of AWS, Infios is enabling supply chains that evolve as quickly as the markets they serve," explains Taimur Rashid, Managing Director of Generative AI Innovation and Delivery at AWS.
