Under the theme "Focuses on Strength, Precision, and Innovation," Grob will showcase its latest machine highlights and automation systems in Hall 10.

Visitors to the Grob-Werke booth can look forward to many, as emphasized, impressive exhibits. In the area of universal machines, the company will present the 5-axis universal machining center G350, which, combined with the Grob robot cell GRC-R60, stands for precision and flexibility. The 5-axis milling-turning machining center G550T will also be introduced, equipped with the pallet circular storage system PSS-R900, the additional magazine TM373, and the automated guided vehicle system GMR, demonstrating its capabilities live. Additionally, 3D printing enthusiasts can look forward to the presentation of the Grob Metal Printing machine GMP300, which will once again demonstrate how the economical production of near-final contour aluminum components is possible, offering new possibilities for industrial manufacturing.

Now comes the exciting mega machining

At AMB, Grob-Werke will literally present something big in the field of machining technology. For the first time at a trade fair, the machining center G920F^5, specially developed for mega and giga machining, will be showcased. This giant is thus predestined for very large machining tasks, which the machine will demonstrate live at the booth by machining a giga-casting component (large parts for the automotive industry) in "air combat." These components, often referred to as "underbodies," place high demands on the machines that process them. The G920F^5 meets these demands with its robust construction and the capability for 5-axis machining, allowing for precise and efficient machining even under challenging conditions. In addition to the G920F^5, Grob will also bring other machines from the G900 series to Stuttgart, including the G920X for the machining of extrusion profiles and the G920F^4 for the complete machining of battery housings. All machines in the series are tuned for performance and precision, making them ideal for the growing challenges in the automotive industry. With the G900 series, Grob has created a machine platform that is unparalleled in the industry.

Besides these machine highlights, the Mindelheim machine builders also offer insights into the topics of Grob electromobility, Grob Service, and their self-developed software "Grob-NET^4Industry". This software documents parts flow, provides analysis capabilities regarding good and bad parts (i.O and n.i.O parts), and can create a digital error map. Additionally, efficient management of tool data, which according to Grob is crucial for precision and efficiency in manufacturing, can be achieved with the tool "Grob^4TDX". This tool allows for digital tool data transfer between the presetting device, machine, and storage. Last but not least, the Centers of Excellence will again feature exciting exhibits for visitors.
