Personnel Elring Klinger, Benteler and Mercedes-Benz: The Personnel of the Week
Elring Klinger expands the group board, Benteler announces CFO succession, and Mercedes-Benz do Brasil has a new CEO. There are also new personnel at Falkensteg and Wolfspeed.
Isabelle Damen, 51, was newly appointed to the executive board of Elring Klinger AG by the supervisory board as of August 1, 2025. The Dutchwoman takes over the role of CFO from CEO Thomas Jessulat, who had initially continued the function of CFO in personal union after his appointment as CEO. In addition to the traditional finance areas, Isabelle Damen will also be responsible for IT as well as Legal & Compliance. Damen is currently heading the areas of finance, law, and continuous improvement as CFO at Teijin Aramid B.V., a subsidiary of the international Japanese group Teijin Ltd. Before joining Teijin Aramid in 2020, she held senior positions at Sensata Technologies and Thales, among others. Isabelle Damen has completed a bachelor's degree at the Amsterdam Business School and earned an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
