Accelerating Delivery, Deepening Local Presence

In today’s fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivery time and service responsiveness have become decisive factors in equipment procurement. HSG Europe’s new warehousing infrastructure allows the company to provide near-immediate dispatch of its most in-demand laser cutting models, dramatically reducing lead times from several weeks to as little as 2–7 days, depending on location. “This initiative goes beyond logistics—it’s about delivering confidence, reliability, and long-term commitment to our customers across Europe,” said a spokesperson from HSG Europe.

Western & Central Europe: Krefeld, Germany

Operational since March 2025, the Krefeld warehouse—strategically positioned just 200 km from the major ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp—serves key markets including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, and northern Italy. With a facility size of 10,000 m², expandable to 15,000 m², it holds a ready stock of high-demand HSG models for sheet cutting and automated tube cutting. The site offers bonded warehousing, customs clearance, and full logistics support, enabling fast, compliant, and reliable delivery across Western and Central Europe.

Eastern Europe: Gdynia, Poland

Launched in December 2023, the Gdynia warehouse near the Port of Gdansk extends HSG’s reach into Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, eastern Germany. With comparable capacity and the same high-demand machine models as the German facility, Gdynia offers the advantages of lower operating costs, abundant inland trucking, and fast 2-day reach across most of Eastern Europe.

Enabling Faster Production, Minimizing Risk

The European dual-warehouse strategy is part of HSG Laser’s customer-centric approach to global operations. By holding stock closer to key demand centers, the company empowers its customers to significantly reduce equipment lead times, mitigate risks associated with port delays and international freight, and adapt more flexibly to shifting market conditions. This development underscores HSG’s broader vision—not only to deliver cutting-edge laser technology, but also to build the infrastructure, responsiveness, and service reliability that today’s manufacturers demand.
