The two companies Cerence AI and SiMa.ai are collaborating at the product level. They combine the "CaLLM Edge" language model with a system-on-chip (SoC). Cerence's embedded small language model (SLM) is designed to enable energy-efficient voice functions in vehicles. The joint solution will be presented at the IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich (Hall B2, D21). Cerence will showcase its agent-based AI assistant platform "Cerence xUI" with CaLLM Edge running on SiMa.ai hardware.
