Over the three days, attendees ranging from system integrators to PCB fabricators sought out the solutions required to optimise manufacturing efficiency and prepare their facilities for higher-complexity production.
Key figures from Automation Thailand and PCB Thailand 2026:
310 exhibitors from 6 countries and regions (Austria, China, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Hong Kong)
8,943 visitors from 35 countries and regions, with the highest attendance recorded from Thailand, China, Taiwan, India and Singapore in descending order of visitors
10,000 sqm of floor space
A total of 18 presentations delivered
At Automation Thailand, exhibitors showcased the technologies and systems enabling the digital transformation of the region’s manufacturing base. With a focus on core areas including industrial automation, machine vision, AI integration, and warehouse logistics, suppliers presented technologies that included everything from foundational drives and sensors to advanced software solutions and humanoid robots capable of taking on a variety of manual tasks across the factory floor.
Running alongside, PCB Thailand featured the equipment, materials and inspection systems necessary for circuit board fabrication, assembly and testing. With Thailand’s electronics sector increasingly focused on high-specification fabrication, the exhibition included technologies such as vacuum laminators for multi-layer bonding and direct imaging hardware for fine-line circuitry. These were complemented the high-purity chemicals required for plating and etching, addressing the manufacturing requirements of ASEAN firms supplying the growing AI server and electric vehicle markets.
Meanwhile, the platform’s fringe programme, comprising SPS Stage Bangkok and the PCB Seminar, brought together local and international expertise to broaden the technical capabilities of regional manufacturers and align domestic production with the latest global electronics and industrial trends. Drawing significant attendance, the sessions addressed key topics in Thai industries, including EV power module assembly, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and High-Density Interconnect (HDI) fabrication for 5G and data centre infrastructure.
Conversations across both fairs pointed to the opportunities available to both domestic companies and global suppliers in the Thai market, with participants noting the volume of international manufacturing investment flowing into the country and a growing readiness among manufacturers in the country to adopt automation and advanced production tools. Over the three days, exhibitors reported strong business outcomes, with international suppliers finding local partners, domestic companies gaining access to overseas networks, and automation and PCB players making new cross-sector introductions.
Feedback from Exhibitors
“At Automation Thailand 2026, we presented a range of solutions, from security robots with facial recognition to industrial models for cleaning and delivery. The latter are especially popular as visitors seek to address labour shortages. Beyond this, participating gives us a broader view of sector trends and how our own technology can be developed. We expect to follow up with at least 50 – 100 leads for potential cooperation from the many business cards we have exchanged.” MsSukanya Vanichjakvong, CEO & Founder, RAAS PAL
“Thailand is the most important market for our one-stop autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions. We have used this platform to present our AMRs and forklifts to end-users from a wide range of industries, helping them move toward automation and digitisation. Beyond building brand awareness in the Asia-Pacific region, the show has been a productive venue for establishing the essential partnerships we require with system integrators.” Mr Qu Sun, Marketing Manager, IPLUSMOBOT
“Participating in this show has enabled us to reach key automation sector customers with genuine purchasing authority. We have seen particular interest in our imported welding robot arm, which helps factories improve efficiency and reduce production costs. It has been a highly effective platform to introduce a more specialised technology that is relatively rare to find locally, offering a level of precision that is difficult to achieve with manual labour.” Ms Keeratikar Bubpharam, Product Manager, Chan MR Group
“While industrial plating remains our core competency, we see the future of our business within the PCB and electronics sectors as we expand to capture the investment shifting from China and Taiwan into Thailand. At PCB Thailand, we are launching a ‘scum-free’ process to improve productivity while establishing our company as a gateway for chemical sourcing. We believe this event is important for building public awareness of how much this industry is growing, so we can all catch this opportunity and grow together.” Mr Cu Liang, Managing Director, Ya Thai Chemical

Feedback from Visitors
“Our company recommended we visit this show to get a broader view of the automation and sensor technologies currently available for buildings and factories. Because we offer similar products ourselves, it has been useful to see how other companies are presenting their products and how their solutions are being used. It helps us understand what is happening in the market so we can adapt and improve our own offerings for our customers.” Mr Suchayaphan Sukpan, Sales Engineer, Advanced Automation Division, Azbil (Thailand) Co Ltd
Feedback from Speakers
“While Industry 4.0 implementation across Thailand’s 130,000 factories is in its early stages, the high turnout for my 'Quality with AI' session at SPS Stage Bangkok speaks to the industry's readiness to adopt these tools to increase productivity and profit. This show stands out for its international reach, and looking around the floor, around 80% of suppliers appear to be from overseas, reflecting the growing appetite for automation and digitalisation solutions here in Thailand. It is an event I hope continues to support our industry's development.” Mr Ratchapol Sittisin, CEO & Co-founder, MP Engineering System
“We often believe we are up to date with the latest equipment, but this show proves there is always more to learn. As a speaker, I find that holding seminar sessions alongside the showcases of machinery allows us to share practical knowledge, such as how to use robotics in a factory, that visitors can actually take home and use. It encourages people to move past what they already know and see the new ways they can improve their own businesses and automotive operations.” Dr Wutthinan Jeamsaksiri, Principal Researcher, Thai Microelectronics Center (TMEC)
