Baoding Sanzheng Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.—abbreviated as Sanzheng—is a China-based provider of modern industrial induction heating systems, as Andritz explains. With this acquisition, the company from Graz (Austria) strengthened its position as a fully equipped provider for solutions in steel processing—particularly in terms of electrical steel. By integrating Sanzheng, the company now truly offers a comprehensive portfolio of induction heating techniques while simultaneously further increasing competitiveness in international markets. The expanded offering strengthens expertise in galvanizing, annealing, and forging, it is further stated. The purchase was already completed in December 2025. With more than 130 employees in the areas of research and development, design, and manufacturing, Sanzheng generates an annual revenue of around $34.8 million U.S. dollars.

Sanzheng will continue to operate under its previous name and existing management structure, enabling customers and partners to proceed as usual.
